Kon-nichiwa. (Hello and welcome.) Welcome to the home page of U.S.A. Kobudo Club, an official GWNBF-KJJR dojo. Kobudo Club is dedicated to providing students convenient and affordable access to the traditional martial arts of Japan. We believe that serious, old-style training produces not only practical self-defense (physical) skills, but mental and spiritual benefits as well. During training, we emphasize safety as well as respect for and patience with every student, who is regarded as a fellow traveler on the path to physical, mental, and spiritual perfection. Students participate in one of several different training programs (Goshinjutsu, Jujutsu, Ninpo, Buki), depending on their experience and personal goals. Each program has a distinctive focus and curriculum, and requires a different level of commitment. Kobudo Club is affiliated with the Genbukan World Ninpo Bugei Federation (GWNBF) and Kokusai Jujutsu Renmei (KJJR), international organizations dedicated to the preservation and transmission of the traditional martial arts of Japan.
